Notification and application based on the Act on Promotion of Expansion of Public Land

The Act on Promotion of Expansion of Public Land (Public Expansion Act) is a city planning area in order to make it easier for local governments, etc. to acquire necessary land as much as possible for the purpose of planning planned maintenance of public facilities, etc. We have established a notification system and application when trying to transfer land of a certain size or more for a fee. When we are going to transfer land more than fixed area for a fee, report is necessary for city. In addition, we can offer when we hope for purchase by local public entities.

1. About notification system

A notification is required when transferring land in the city planning area that exceeds the area listed below for a fee (such as buying, selling, or exchanging).

(1) When we are going to transfer, etc.) for land transactions that include the following land and have a land area of 100 square meters or more for a fee.

  • Land located in areas such as city planning facilities
  • Of the city planning areas, "areas determined as road areas" by the Road Law, "areas determined as areas where city parks should be set up" by the City Parks Law, and "designated as river planned sites" by the River Law Land ", etc.
  • Land located in the production green area

(2) When we are going to transfer land more than area listed below for a fee in land in city planning area except the above (1).

Urbanization area For land transactions of more than 5,000 square meters

Due to a law revision from August 30, 2006, notification is no longer required for land transactions of 10,000 square meters or more that were required to be reported in the urbanization control area.

2. About application system

3. Land transfer Restriction Period

The land for which notification / application has been made cannot be transfer or notice is given on the following day or when there is a notice.

  1. Until there is a notice not to purchase (within 3 weeks from the date of notification / application)
  2. If there is a notice to conduct a purchase consultation, within 3 weeks from the date of notification (up to 6 weeks from the date of notification / application)

4. About book to attach to notification form, proposal form

Please attach the book.

  1. Topographic map (location map) showing the location of land
  2. Topographic map showing land and nearby conditions (mountain situation map--house guide map, etc.)
  3. Drawings that clarify the shape of the land (public maps, etc.)
  4. Books that clarify land rights (registered copies, etc.)
