Special technical standards and application procedures for permission

1. Special technical standards by permission

1-1. Purpose

In area where altitude district is established, thing which the mayor recognized as having no problem in the surrounding environment in building meeting certain conditions can not apply this limit.
This technical standard has been established as a basic standard when certifying "things that do not hinder the surrounding environment" in the Kanazawa City Planning Advanced Area.

1-2. Applicable requirements

Exception by permission to apply technical standards
In building corresponding to the next one, thing which the mayor recognized as having no obstacle in the surrounding environment and permitted may not apply this limit.
(1) Among buildings that are newly constructed on the same site of existing ineligible buildings, those that are deemed unavoidable from the site shape as long as they do not exceed the height of the previous buildings.
(2) Buildings necessary for the public interest that are deemed unavoidable.
(3) Factories and related facilities in industrial areas that are deemed unavoidable for use.
(4) Others that are deemed to contribute to improving the urban environment.
