We introduce "regulations about social promotion that citizen and animal in Kanazawa-shi live together" to set basics of other measures based on law (called "law" as follows.) about animal protection and management and matter that it is (called "the regulations" as follows.) to assembly in constant every month in Kanazawa-shi assembly March in 2020 to plan uplift of mind of citizen's animal protection in Motoichi, and to contribute to social realization that we have, and citizen and animal live for happily.
Therefore, animal recruits opinions from citizen's about summary of establishment (plan) of rule about social promotion to live together with citizen in Kanazawa-shi establishing necessary matter about law and the enforcement of the regulations.
In addition, it is less than 30th during opinion submission period of this opinion open call for participants because we plan the enforcement on April 1, 2021 after having passed through decision of assembly about the regulations. About opinion that had you approach, we announce with way of thinking of Motoichi except personal information.
