With 1 e monitor system
We have citizen's all of you register as "e monitor" and have you answer questionary survey from city using the Internet and E-mail from your PC and cell-phone.
About measure of city, we hear about opinion of citizen's all of you and perform for the purpose of thing taking into account of municipal administration administration.
We carry out questionnaire at any time and will tell by E-mail each time. We perform answer to questionnaire method according to E-mail to deliver from city by inputting answer into questionnaire form (input style) on homepage. We will announce questionnaire result later on homepage.
Application to 2 e monitors
It recruits e monitors every year①Offer period of 2021 From Saturday, March 20, 2021 to Friday, May 14②Application requirementsPerson who meets all the following requirements as of April 1, 2021- Person living in the city
- People who are interested in municipal administration 18 years or older
- Person (as for the e-mail address of cell-phone, possible) who has e-mail address
- Person whom the Internet is available to
- Person who is not the staff of Kanazawa-shi
③Capacity250 (in the case of a lot of application, we select. Please note that you will give priority to person applied for newly.)④TermAfter e monitor registration until March 31, 2022⑤RewardI send reward (for book card 1,000 yen) to person who had you answer questionnaire at the time of the end for term.
Application method of 3 e monitors
Please apply for e monitor within offer period. You click link to application form, and please input the requirements. ※It becomes necessary to agree to Kanazawa-shi e monitor system conduct terms. After the selection, we register as e monitor. 4 notice matters
- e monitor application time or communication expense at the time of questionnaire answer are all charged to applicant or monitor.
- When E-mail does not arrive under e monitor for some kind of causes and cannot have you reply questionnaire, city does not take the responsibility.
- When registration information is changed, after e monitor registration, please inform city of (address change by moving, change of e-mail address) by email.
