  • Development activity to perform in the controlled urbanization zone
  • Development activities more than 1 hectare to perform in the city planning area outside

In addition, development activity for the purpose of building act and it is limited strictly when we put in controlled urbanization zone where city is area controlling becoming.

You must not found new construction, reconstruction of building or change of use or first-class identification public establishment if you do not receive permission of the mayor when you put in area except development area that received development permission in controlled urbanization zones. (Town Planning and Zoning Act Article 43)
